Is food and alcohol provided in the package?

No. We are sorry that we couldn't provide hamper set at the moment. Catering is outsourced and not included in our basic packages. You may also wanted to prepare you own food or buy takeaways. We do not provide alcohol, BYO is allowed but not encouraged. We can provide ice basket for you non-alcoholic/alcoholic drinks upon request.

How do I pay for my picnic?

We accept direct bank transfer and PAYME. If you would like to pay with credit cards, we can arrange this via PayPal (Surcharge applies).

Are there any alternatives in case of special weather conditions?

We are happy to rescheduled if being notified 36 hours prior to the event date. If that is not an option, we recommend to move it indoor and no extra costs will incur for location change.

Can I leave anytime ?

No. You are responsible for the items hired until we return and pack up everything. If you are in urgent and would like to leave earlier than the scheduled time, please inform us at least 30 minutes prior you leave.

​How do I book in? 

We require 50% deposit if you book in 2 weeks prior. You will need to pay the remainder 3 days prior the event date. If you book in within 1 week of the event date, you are required to make a full payment to secure your booking.
